Six policemen including SSP Laxman Neupane have been killed during a demonstration in Tikapur in the district on Monday afternoon. The situation took a nasty turn after the irate cadres breached the restricted zone in Tikapur. One SSP, two Inspectors, one Head Constable and one Constable from Nepal Police lost their lives in the incident whereas one Head Constable from Nepal Armed Police Force also lost his life.
